BioRegio STERN at the BMWK 2024 Innovation Day for SMEs
BioRegio STERN was present at this year's Innovation Day for SMEs organised by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection. Project manager Dr. Verena Grimm and managing director Dr. Klaus Eichenberg were there to represent the ZIM cooperation network biohymed. biohymed was named ZIM network of the year. Here are a few impressions summarised.
The Central Innovation Programme for SMEs (ZIM) supports numerous different ideas from the SME sector. At the SME Innovation Day of the BMWK on 13 June 2024 in Berlin-Pankow, three innovative SMEs and one innovation network were honoured with a certificate from the Federal Minister of Economics and Climate Protection for their successful work and use of the results of research and development funded by ZIM.
The following were honoured:
- ZIM INDIVIDUAL PROJECT OF THE YEAR: SMUPI - Smart Mobile Urban Green Irrigation
- ZIM MANUFACTURING PROJECT OF THE YEAR: Rethinking pothole renovation
- ZIM COOPERATION PROJECT OF THE YEAR: Stable power supply for industry
- ZIM NETWORK OF THE YEAR: biohymed - Biology inspires technology
