Start-up BW - the state campaign to promote & support start-ups and start-ups in the state.

With the Start-up BW state campaign coordinated by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labor and Tourism, the state government is bundling its support measures for start-ups, uniting and supporting the twelve regional start-up ecosystems of different types in the state and ensuring greater attractiveness and visibility for Baden-Württemberg as a start-up location. The offerings range from entrepreneurship education in schools, which helps to awaken and develop the start-up spirit in young people at an early stage, to measures that prepare young scientific employees from universities and research institutions for founding a company, the introduction of a new financing instrument for the early entrepreneurial phase with Start-up BW Pre Seed, and the promotion of accelerator programs. Support for start-up consultations, innovation vouchers, state-wide business games and competitions, participation in international start-up events and the Start-up BW Summit round off the spectrum.
